Packaging costs

Whether you choose one product, a gift pack or multiple items, we never charge any packaging costs, even in the case of international consignments. The packaging cost amount is always CZK 0.

 

Forwarding within the territory of the Czech Republic

ZÁSILKOVNA (free of charge)

Zásilkovna will deliver the package on the next business day after dispatch from our warehouse to one of the collection points you have selected. We will inform you about the handover of the consignment to the forwarder by e-mail. You will select the collection point that the package will be delivered to by entering the city or postcode in the shopping cart. If this service is not available for your postcode, you can choose a different method of delivery.

You will be informed about the possibility to pick up your consignment at the selected collection point by e-mail or text message. This notification is sent to the e-mail address or telephone number specified in your order.

The option to pay for the consignment by payment card at the collection point, when you have selected the cash on delivery option in the order, can be checked on https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky.

 

PPL (delivery costs CZK 60)

PPL/DPD will deliver the shipment to you on the next business day after dispatch of the package from our warehouse. We will inform you about the handover of the consignment to the forwarder by e-mail.

The delivery personnel of the forwarder will notify you of the approximate time of delivery on the date of delivery by text message. If you have selected the cash on delivery option in your order, you will also be notified of the amount of the cash on delivery cost. This notification is sent to the telephone number that you have specified in your order. As a standard, consignments are delivered on business days between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is not possible to influence the exact time of delivery, but it can be specified upon agreement with the driver. You will receive the driver’s contact details in the information text message.

Should you not be reached, the forwarder will send you a text message with the information about the failed delivery and about a repeated delivery on the following business day. In the event of repeated failure to reach you, the forwarder will send you a text message with information about the consignment held in the forwarder’s depot and about the time for which the consignment will be held there. Failure to collect the consignment shall not constitute a withdrawal from the contract pursuant to the General Business Terms and Conditions! Repeated delivery shall be charged according to the forwarder's price list.

You can check the possibility to pay the forwarder with a payment card in case you have selected a cash on delivery payment in the order directly with the delivery personnel of the forwarder that will send you the contact details and information about the consignment on the day of delivery.

 

CZECH POST PACKAGE DELIVERY TO HAND (postage CZK 85)

Czech Post will deliver the consignment to you no later than on the third business day of package dispatch from our warehouse. We will inform you about the handover of the consignment to the forwarder by e-mail. Czech Post will notify you of the consignment acceptance and delivery by e-mail or a text message. This notification is sent to the e-mail address or telephone number specified in your order.

On the www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice internet link you can change the date and place of the consignment delivery one day before its delivery. Should you not be reached at the indicated address, you will receive a notice from Czech Post of the package being held at the post office. The consignment is held at the post office for 7 days by default. If you do not collect the consignment by the specified deadline, it will be returned to us. A failure to collect the consignment shall not constitute a withdrawal from the contract pursuant to the General Business Terms and Conditions! Repeated delivery shall be charged according to Czech Post’s price list.

 

CZECH POST PACKAGE DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE (postage CZK 85)

Czech Post will deliver the consignment no later than on the third business day as of the package dispatch from our warehouse to one of the 2,700 branches in the Czech Republic providing this service. We will inform you about the handover of the consignment to the forwarder by e-mail.

The Czech Post branch to which the package will be delivered can be selected in the shopping cart by entering a city or postcode. If this service is not available for your postcode, you can choose a different method of delivery. All types of delivery are free of charge.

You will be notified of your held consignment and the possibility to collect it at a Czech Post branch by e-mail or text message. This notification is sent to the e-mail address or telephone number specified in your order.

On the www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice internet link you can change the Czech Post branch where the consignment will be held one delivery day before its delivery. If you do not collect the consignment by the specified deadline, it will be returned to us. A failure to collect the consignment shall not constitute a withdrawal from the contract pursuant to the General Business Terms and Conditions! Repeated delivery shall be charged according to Czech Post’s price list.

The option to pay by payment card at the Czech Post branch, when you have selected the cash on delivery option in the order, can be checked on https://www.ceskaposta.cz/sluzby/platebni-a-financni-sluzby-cr/platby-kartou.

 

Forwarding to Slovakia

ZÁSILKOVNA (free of charge)

The delivery time is usually 3-5 days to one of your selected collection points in Slovakia. We will inform you about the handover of the consignment to the forwarder by e-mail. You will select the collection point that the package will be delivered to by entering the city or postcode in the shopping cart.

You will be informed about the possibility to pick up your consignment at the selected collection point by e-mail or text message. This notification is sent to the e-mail address or telephone number specified in your order.

 

Transport to other countries

ZÁSILKOVNA (CZK 200, free of charge for consignments with a value exceeding CZK 1,500)

As a standard, we also deliver consignments to several countries in Europe (France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, the Russian Federation). The delivery time is usually 3-5 days to your specified delivery address. In the event of delivery to the Russian Federation, this period may be extended to up to 14 days. We will inform you about the handover of the consignment to the forwarder by e-mail. Packeta Group, providing the Zásilkovna services in each country, cooperates with local carriers that will deliver to your home (France: Collisimo, Germany: DHL, Hermes, the Netherlands: PostNL, DHL, Belgium: PostNL, Bpost, Ireland: Fastway, Russian Federation: Russian Post.

Payment options – Czech Republic

PAYMENT CARD or PAYMENT BUTTON (free of charge)

This is the fastest way to pay. Payment by a payment card or with a payment button is carried out through the secured Comgate system. After confirmation of the order, you will be redirected to the secure Internet banking of the banking institution of your choice, where you will make and authorise the payment. The amount is credited to us in a few minutes, which significantly accelerates consignment delivery. We dispatch the goods no later than on the next business day after the order. If you order goods in the morning hours of a business day, we ship the consignment on the same day. You will not pay any extra charge when accepting the consignment from the forwarder.

Online payments are provided for us by the ComGate payment gateway. ComGate Payments, a.s., the service provider, is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments carried out through the payment gate are fully secured, and any and all information is encrypted.

Payment by card is the fastest method of online payment. You enter the card number, expiry date and the CVC (the three digits that you can find in the signature strip on the reverse side of the card) into the ComGate interface. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter the numerical code that you receive in a text message from your bank.

Another option is an instant payment via Internet banking. ComGate’s payment gate will redirect you to your Internet banking where you log in as usual and authorise the pre-completed payment order. 

After finishing the payment, you will be redirected back to the shop. The payment is confirmed immediately and we will continue to execute the order without delay.

BANK TRANSFER (free of charge)

You can pay the due amount via a bank transfer from your bank account to ours. After confirmation of the order, we will send you the details required for executing the payment order: amount, bank account No., order No. (variable symbol). The money is usually credited to our bank account in 1 to 3 business days. We dispatch the goods no later than on the day following the full price of the order being credited to our bank account. You will not pay any extra charge when accepting the consignment from the forwarder.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (charge CZK 65)

You can also pay the order in cash upon receipt from Czech Post, the PPL carrier, or upon its collection from the Zásilkovna collection point. Please ask the specific carrier about the possibility to pay by payment card. We dispatch the goods no later than on the next business day after the order. If you order the goods in the morning hours of a business day, we will dispatch the consignment on the same day.

 

Payment options – Slovakia

PAYMENT CARD or PAYMENT BUTTON (free of charge)

The delivered goods shall remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the purchase price pursuant to the applicable provisions of Sections 443-446 of the Commercial Code, or Section 601 of the Commercial Act.
